The Guide to Bringing Theatre to the Media Viewing Audience
Stage2FILM was created for the theatre industry's need to bring affordable film recordings of high-end commercial and innovative live theatre experiences directly to everyone's home and movie theaters.
Stage2FILM is led by award-winning live recording producer and former BroadwayHD head of content executive Gio Messale who has produced over 30 film recordings of outstanding Broadway, Off-Broadway, and West End shows and programmed thousands of hours of art content for the streamer.
Filming live theatre is an art; It is not just placing three cameras in the audience and focusing on the lead actor as they hit center stage.
Trained by the best film recording producers in the industry, Stage2FILM knows the proper way to light the stage, mic an actor, set the cameras, and bring the best film crew to the stage.
Filming theatre is about all the small details while maintaining the big picture before, during, and after the final curtain call and final shot.
Stage2FILM has built its brand as a trustworthy, professional, conscientious, cost-effective production and consultant company. Creating various economic templates to film Broadway, West End, and Off-Broadway shows has allowed these productions to be made to the highest level of quality for distribution.
Stage2FILM works with the industry's top global Tony, Emmy, Olivier and BAFTA Award-winning producers, live recording production companies, and live events crews.
Offering years of experience, knowledge, and support, Stage2FILM will guide you from the creative process to a quality end product. All with the goal of delivering affordable high-end content to small and premium markets.
